At the iso speeds I think the head and eyes of the ducks look pretty good.  I think a lot of people need to quite micro looking at images at 100% at these iso speeds and expecting too much.  Wood ducks are neat and I like the first one of the male best.  To reduce noise at these speeds with a dx camera will with most programs reduce sharpness a little.
