When to upgrade camera body

I've had my Canon Rebel T2I for six years now and I've been itching to upgrade for a long time. I've got my eye on the 6D Mark II and 24-105mm lens but shouldn't be spending that kind of money right now.  I like to photograph at night time and in low light so I would like to go straight to full frame. I have four lenses, the 18-55mm, 55-250mm, 50mm prime, and 10-18mm wide angle. I'm definitely not impressed with the 18-55 anymore. So I have a few questions to help me decide what's the next route.
1) How old is too old for a dslr camera? Mine seems to still be working fine.
2) How do you decide how much is worth spending?
3) Is it worth it to splurge on the pricier EF lenses to use with my T2I?
4) What are your favorite walk around lenses?
5) What are some other options to up your photography game without breaking the bank? I've already purchased a nicer tripod, a few lens filters, a remote, and editing software.
Any input is appreciated! Thanks!
