Thanks for those suggestions.

I will try those settings, although my goal, in one sense, is simply to get the "best" image I can from the Quattro. Each one of these cameras and sensors has its own look.

I know that what the sdQ low resolution output is compared to, frequently, on a practical level, meaning in terms of pixel count, is the SD15. And a lot of people like the SD15 look.

Your post suggests, with your use of the word "delicate," that you like the SD15 output better than the Q, but I'm not sure that's what you intended. I can understand personal preference in that regard. My thinking is that another key here is to not oversaturate the colors, which tends to lose/diminish the shades and gradations.
