The obscurity of the Windows Backup modes might tell us something. In fact, you have to really search to find the old control panel and image backup. The casual user wouldn't even know it's there, I expect.

Look better: Settings > Backup > click "Go to Backup and Restore (Windows 7)"
Nothing hidden or hard to find. Don't even need to go to the old Control Panel.
