Help with plastic bushings to fix zoom and wobble on the AF-S 18-55mm G VR lens

I don't know about the other Nikon lenses, but one of reason why the zoom is stuck or hard to turn or bumpy, etc and why the lens barrel is excessively wobbling or tilting is because one or more of the plastic bushings is missing or broken. Inside the lens, there are 3 tracks and to help the lens ride up and down these tracks, there are 3 screws protruding into the track and on each screw is a bushing to help stabilize the ride up and down when zooming. My question is what is the technical name for these bushings and where can they be purchased. For probably less than a penny, a bad bushing can put your lens out of commission. Thanks in advance.
