Simplicity

I set the camera to 1600 as that is what was needed for the vast majority of the shots I took in this palace. I closed down a little and then let the shutter speed take care of itself. This was for simplicity whilst taking these shots.

Simplicity on the set-up side lets me concentrate on more important things like framing and composition.

At the end of the day it seems a nice A2 print can be made from this frame. Thus, working at 1600 with M43 is not a problem unless one wishes to make huge prints. On other occasions when I can use a tripod I work at base 200 ISO.

I have just found this way of working works for me.

I also believe and have read more than once, that the old shutter reciprocity cannot be applied to ultra-wide-angle lenses as camera shake has a devastating effect on the micro detail that is important in ultra-wide shots.
