Chaffinch at a bird feeder containing sunflower seeds. Taken manual focus (old Pentacon 135 mm f2.8 at about f4). Should look nice in gallery flicking through the pics one after the other..

Crops. Begs the question, though, that at ISO 800 the K50 pictures are not very good. I suspect that with a 55-300mm I would have had to crop less, but not sure it's worth investing in. I think I'd prefer it if the camera could produce clean images at higher ISO.

Also, a slow card, so there could have been more images..

Any thoughts / comments welcomed.

* edited: and yes he got one.  The green finches sit chewing 'thoughtfully' whereas chaffinches and tits (blue and great) fly in like raiders.
