Sony, please give the A7rII the update it deserves

Now that the A9 is out, the A7rIII is out, and the A7III is out, it's time for Sony to give the A7rII the final bit of attention it needs to bring it along the road to where they are now.

There are some major and minor interface/functionality improvements that Sony should reward their early mirrorless adopters with. It's doable, it's not expensive, and the owners deserve it.

Fuji showed with the improvements they made on the original x100, even after other models were out, pretty much best practice for camera support of a legacy camera.

There's no reason they shouldn't do it. It won't eat into sales of the III series cameras, but it will increase sales of the IV series cameras when the current owners of the rII/sII are ready to upgrade in the years to come.
