Question on macro>1:1 Oly 60mm?
1

With 35mm film I used extension tubes briefly. I haven't thus far with m4/3. The lenses I have at my disposal are the 12-40 w/62mm, 35-100w/58mm and the 60mm macro w/46mm filter sizes. I am into photographing mosses and I saw something through my loupe today that makes me interested in increasing the macro size of an image. I would think I want about 3:1.

Without breaking the bank, what are my options:

I don't know much (anything) about close-up filters. Would this be a possibility? What would a useable close up filter be called for this use?

With extension tubes what size tubes would work for my intended use?

What are good brands of extension tubes?
