Yes I do. I've found MFA to be critical for me.  I've managed to make most of my lenses focus better with it, some lenses brought it back from 'unusable' status. My old 80-200L has severe back focus on every body I've ever put it on. On a 5D it was terrible because of this, downright unusable unless shooting at f8. On newer bodies I can make adjustments and it works beautifully.

Most of my lenses have benefited from MFA corrections. Some only need a little, some need more, but now I absolutely will not buy a DLSR that lacks this feature.
