NX500 vs Canon EOS M50
2

Hi,

I just want to know what are the main difference between the two cameras (the Nx500 and the M50) in video, namely in 4K.

I know that we are comparing a much older camera, the NX500, and a much better camera in terms of AF, IQ, and for stills.

I "hate" Canon because they are still not producing good and affordable mirrorless cameras, but comparing with the Nx500, well, it has mic input...and this makes a hUUUGGGEEE difference. oh! How I miss a mic input on a small and compact camera, and it has great fully articulated screen

So I would like to know what are the main differences between the two? In 4K video, is the crop factor the same?

I know the AF in 4K is worst than on the Nx500 but is it better than the AF of the GH4? What about low light? Is it better in low light than the Nx500? Are we still limited to 6400 ISO, like we are in the Nx500?

What about lenses? Does the M series has anything comparable to the 48mm 1.8? Are the M lenses cheap? Are they better than the micro 4/3 Panasonic lenses (I'm not talking about quantities here) Can we adapt regular EOS lenses, like the 50mm 1.8? What are the drawbacks?

Is it expectable that Sony comes up with an ergonomic version of the A6500 with a fully articulated screen that doesn't overheats in the next months? A kind of userfriendly APSc camera? Or are they focus only on FF now?

Thanks
