I used the canon 85mm f1.8 and the tamron 85mm f1.8 VC.

Both are good lenses, but I prefer the Tamron because of the less CA, beautiful bokeh, and VC.

Because I sold the tamron 85mm, I'm considering to buy the tamron again or the canon 100mm f2.0.

Which has better image quality and bokeh, and color? How do you feel about this?

I know it's subjective question, but your suggestion would be a good guide.

Generally, I prefer the canon lenses for the AF compatibility and color rendering, but I'm worried the Canon 100mm f2 might be soft. I felt the Canon 85mm f1.8 has quite softness and CA.

If you preferred the Tamron 85 over the Canon 85, I would imagine you would also prefer it over the 100mm.  The two Canons are very very similar to each other.  I have not found the canon 85 or 100 to be particularly soft although these are older designs and I think have quite a large copy variation.   If you can purchase at a store where you can test the lens you could see if the 100mm there is soft or not.  Otherwise, you seem to prefer the Tamron.
