Strong enough boom set up?

Hi Folks,

I'm looking to get a lighting modifier and studio light onto a boom. Total weight of modifier and light: 6 kg.

I realise that a large footprint stand and sand-bagging help prevent topple-over. Also, the weight of the boom, lighting fixtures and boom arm counterweight need to be within the load of the stand.

I'm looking at:

https://www.kupogrip.com/junior-boom-stand/

and would add recommended castors!

and have a few worries:

1) Description states "boom arm...66lb and minimum extension (5ft) and 17lbs at maximum extension (9 ft)"  Am I naive to assume that the stand should be fine with this?

2) Is the 134cm footprint diameter large enough?

Anything from the description that should be of concern?

Cheers

Graham
