My SSD capacity is rapidly diminishing - where is it going?

Hope someone can point me in the right direction (I did do a search but dpr seems lacking on this front).

I have a desktop with a 224GB SSD and 1TB "spinner" - dislike that term for some reason. I think I read that it is better to stay at about 75% capacity for best performance. I am a bit of a photo editing s/w junkie and have been slowly creeping up. I tried removing several programs that I don't use much but only a marginal difference.

I have currently used a total of 186GB (38GB remaining). Program files (both) 28GB total, Users 33GB, and Windows 31GB (all excluding hidden files). All of my typical data (documents, photos, music etc., is/are on the other drive, so what is using the remaining 94GB?, or alternatively how can I improve the situation?

Thanks.
