I like your kit.

If you have not done so already, be sure to try the X-T20 in a store first to make sure it fits comfortably in your hands.  Be sure to try the largest lens you'll probably buy (e.g., 16/1.4, 16-55) and make sure your fingers fit comfortably between the finger grip and the lens barrel.

I had to use a thumb rest to make the X-T20 work for me.

If I can only own one lens for each focal length (e.g., 23/1.4 vs. 23/2; 56/1.2 vs. 50/2), I would definitely get the older/faster versions.  It's APS-C and I want the fastest options with the shallowest DOF I can get.  23/1.4 and 56/1.2 are fast enough for what I'd use these lenses for.

Between the 14 and the 10-24, I went 10-24 for 10mm and the OIS and the 14mm isn't an inexpensive lens (e.g., it's not under $500).
