Stop. Listen to Me....

You came to the right place my friend.  I went though this 4  or 5 years ago -- the week the XT-1 came out -- can't remember.

Fuji glass is the best in the world, but they need to update their old fast awesome primes with the slow motors and clunky mechanics and no WR.  Great glass but need a mechanical and WR update.  Come on Fuji!

But get the little 23/35/50 F2s.  Awesome.

Get the best prime in the world -- The Mighty 16.

Get the 56, the best portrait lens West of the Mississippi.

Get the 90 -- the second best Fuji prime behind the 16.

Get the new bazooka -- the incredible 80 and have some OIS macro fun (and portraits).

Get the 10-24 because you need that width for travel.  Get the 55-200 because you need that reach for travel and can just toss it in the bag.

Get the 50-140.  It is the best 70-210 type 2.8 lens the Universe.

Get the awesome Brick.  It is the best 24-70 2.8 type lens on the Planet.

Some will say get the 14, but no.  And no 18, pancake, 60 or non XF please.

Oh heck ... Go ahead and get the 14 is you continue to resist getting the absolutely essential 10-24.

Listen to me..... Look at this mess in my living room!
