what do you guys think if u can only have 3 primes ?

Of the two prime sets you list, I would definitely go 16/1.4, 23/2, and 56/1.2.  In fact, these are the three primes I will take with me on my 3.5-week vacation to Japan.  The other three lenses I will bring are zooms --- 10-24, 16-55, and 55-200.

If I wanted the smallest/lightest three prime set with no zooms, I can see why the 14/2.8 would be a great option for its size and being wider than the 16/1.4.  If I really wanted something wider than 16mm, I would try the Rokinon/Samyang 12mm.  The three lenses would still fit in my current favorite small prime bag, the Peak Design Sling 5L.

I prefer the 56/1.2 over the 60 macro, because I do shoot portraits, I want the option of f/1.2.  For portraits, I don't care if the 60 macro can turn out to be a bit sharper than the 56.
