Thanks for the ideas and comments.

Just started looking into the G85 (did not even think about that body) as it is weather sealed and has 4k video (always like to take short clips to add to the overall viewing experience on a 75" TV). I like the idea of the G85 and replacing the 100-300 with the Mark II version, although had the GX9 been weather sealed, I would have been sold; I really like the small rangefinder bodies (like my prior GX1 and now GX7) for light travel with primes (15, 25, 45), 9-18 and Pany 45-150.

On a side note:

Has anyone tried to create a cloth expanding skirt for zoom lenses to keep dust from being sucked in? I was thinking of some stretchable Lycra/nylon cloth taped with Gaffer's tape or a rubber band to the focus and the front element rings to added a breathable layer yet provide some dust protection, the zoom only goes a 1/4 turn

If you are interested in video, note that the G85 has stabilised video which is nice if you are hand holding.  The body/lens combination also gets you "dual is2", which is probably as good as you can get.
