Are there lenses that are better at stabilization than others? (I'm referring to in-lens stabilization only)

If I'm looking for a lens that provides good stabilization for video, on a non-stabilized body, are there some lenses that I should look at over others?

For example, the 12-35 f2.8 vs the 12-32mm f3.5-5.6...will one of those be more stable and less shaky in video than the other?

It seems this isn't discussed much. I would think  manufacturers could make some 'differentiation' claims here...
