Panasonic IBIS has been 5-axis since the GX85. This 5-axis is works even without OIS lenses. OIS only adds dual stabilization. Panasonic says explicitly the BIS is 5-axis.

The GX7 BIS was 2-axis and GX8 BIS 4-axis.
