Focusing and Composing in the Dark

Well, maybe not quite the right title, but the best I can come up with.

I'm in a room where I've set up some TTL Flash units. I want the ambient light to go dark, relying only on the flash. So I set my ISO down low (200), the shutter speed high (1/180 sec) and a moderately low aperture (f/8).

The problem now is that the EVF and/or rear LCD show the dark (black) ambient exposure. I cannot compose or focus the shot like this.

Is there a setting on my X-E2S that allows me to see the image so I can frame and focus in this scenario?

"RTFM" is a valid response, but I'd appreciate a hint where in the FM I can R this.
