It's tripod time...

After resisting for a long time I think I finally need a tripod.  Even with IBIS, low light shots would surely benefit from use of a tripod.  I was trying out the G Master 85mm last night and couldn't help but think how much sharper this image could have been with a tripod:

Granted, I was partaking in my subject before taking the photo, so that could have contributed to the lack of sharpness

I'm not looking for a mega buck carbon fiber RRS tripod.  Just something that is relatively stable and vibration resistant.  What are some tried and true tripod/head combinations?  FWIW, I have the RRS base plate on my a7r iii.
