Minolta 20 2.8 VS Tokina 20-35 2.8?

I am using Sony A99 and want a budget wide angle for it. I used Rokinon 14mm before sale it because its very ultra wide for me.

My mind stuck finally on these 2 lenses.

Minolta 20mm 2.8, I find its good wide angle not so much ultra wide but 20mm would be enough for me. also 2.8 would be better for low light. I dont know about the image quality from this lens.

Tokina 20-35 2.8, I find this lens is well build also i have option from 20-24-28-35mm in one zoom lens.

which one you guys recommend me? Please share the quality about these lens. Pro's and Con's.

Thanks for your advice.
