Adapter(s) for manual focus & automatic peaking..

Greetings.

While cameras like A9 and A7rIII can do focus-peaking, what capability of an adapter will allow peaking to turn on automatically when focusing ring is being adjusted for an adapted lens (Canon) .

I suspect only the likes of some canon USM lenses combined with some newish adapter only might allow this (because both the lens and the adapter will have to communicate this user action).

I don't intent to use AF functionality of other brand lenses, but possibly use shift lenses from Canon (or Nikon?) if possible. At least the manual focus is the use-case I want to solve for -- as my gut feeling is I may not be satisfied with their AF speed results.

When people use their TS-E lenses, do they use automatic peaking?

Which adapters would be satisfactory for this. (I do want the Exif info of course, but perhaps that would be available by default -- if the lens/adapter could convey its focus movements..) ?

Thanks.
