Ultimate Performance mode vs. Game Mode

I just saw the announcement that "Microsoft adds 'Ultimate Performance' mode to latest Windows 10 Pro build".

I don't play games but I do process thousands of photos in lightroom very often so I would like to know if there is something else I can do similar to what a video gamer can do while playing with their Xbox. This is the procedure:

To use Game Mode, make sure it's turned on for each game you play. To turn on Game Mode:

  1. Open the Game bar by pressing the Windows logo key + G.
  2. Select Settings in the Game bar.
  3. In the General tab, select the check box for "Game Mode."

I don't have Windows Pro, but the standard version so I guess I cannot get that "Ultimate Performance" that Microsoft is talking about?? Something stinks here.

My pc is already set to High Performance power option but I would like to know if there is another trick out there that can be done?
