wake up time...its faster to switch it of and on again if you think wake up time is ok then its not a sleap just the LCD is off ..
shutter lag i have missed many shots with wake up and shutter lag .. touch shutter on the LCD is much faster than the real one
there are numerous other thing that are annoying but its so long since i use it i have forgotten ...but the M 2 is way less annoying and better AF and more snappy all around much less black out time .the M feels nicer to hold than the m2..my M is a matte finish so a bit more grippy to hold than my shiny M2 ..the M2 is a little smaller ..not enough so it fits in pockets any better but enough so not as nice to hold ..the M should have been like the M2 at launch..the M2 should've had the 70D DPAF

There is no argument for FF vs APS-c (or m43) with shallow DOF..as it's a law of physics and a very subjective personal thing if you want to make use of the shallow DOF only FF can offer
