Panasonic G7 camera - Controling the Dynamic range

I hope I'm not repeating myself from a past post as someone recently  pointed out.

I counted seven options in the Panasonic G7 camera to control dynamic range for a high contrast subject:

High Dynamic - selected in the Creative control mode
iDynamic
HDR
Auto Bracket
Highlight Shadow (3 options)
iHDR
Shading Compensation

I'm wondering what other Panasonic camera users find the most useful for controlling the Dynamic range?
Would three be used at once (iDynamic, Highlight shadow and Shading Compensation)?

I understand that iHDR and HDR are limited to still subjects as multiple photos are taken and combined. It also might require a tripod.

Options such as Highlight Shadow and Shading Compensation appear to do the same thing.
