Switching from full frame Nikon to Lumix m43

I'm really out of touch with technology as I've not had the money to upgrade to the latest gear the last few years but am now contemplating switching from all my heavy Nikon gear to a Lumix G9 and GX8 system for my wedding and portrait work.

Has anyone done this on the forum and able to give me any advice?

I was wanting to get the following in replacement for my full frame gear.

At the moment I've got a Nikon D3 and a D800, 24-70mm 2.8 and 70-200mm 2.8 and Voigtlander prime 58mm 1.4 prime and 12-24mm sigma (hardly used) lens.

Am thinking of getting the leica 12-60mm, Leica noctocron 42.5mm 1.2

Have already got a 20mm pancake lens. Possibly the 35-100mm 2.8?

Does anyone know if this switch would be a good move? I'm fed up with the weight of all my gear on long shoots now and like the sound of switching to M43'd system. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
