Who understands Olympus prices?

Well, it all depends on what you want.

Sure they dont have 24 mpix or phase detect on the lower models, but I actually treaded in my A6300 for a Olympus EM5 2 and I dont regret it.

I dont think the prices are crazy. The stabilization is HARD to beat. Maybe Sony, for example. has bodies with more features that a lot of people like that are cheaper than Olympus, but Sony has VERY FEW cheap lenses.

I think that their prices are great. I mean, the cheaper the better of course, but I think their prices are fair. Between the features they have.....the sharp images and the lack of the AA filter and that amazing stabilization, its not thaaaaaat weird.

The E-PL9? Who knows. Same as Leica I guess. The people who bought that will just upgrade. Just like the Canon 5D mark 4. There are so many OTHER options people can go to...but if you had the 3....and have the lenses.....you just go up the same  "ladder"
