Yes, but I've never used one and it should be relatively easy to experiment with setting one up to aim at the same spot as the tele lens.

A large lightweight plastic Fresnel lens to focus the beam is the heart of the beamer. They are usually sourced as lightweight reading aid lenses, the bigger the better I guess.

Heed the warning about leaving it unattended and having the sun pass by and potentially setting the flash and maybe the house on fire. I'd make one with some easy to fit and remove light blanking cloth that could be fixed on the front when not being used.
