Some bottle practice
Been practicing with the little speedlights and that is coming along. Learning about placement and dialing them in for the mental image of the result.
After I'd broken it down, began thinking how the shot would have been with the monolight. Cobbled it back up and brought in the 750 Bowens with 32x42" softbox to have a go. This time I bounced some off the right wall to get a bit more rim on the right bottle. I didn't play much because by now I was tired. Lost the light in the clear olive oil bottle and didn't feel like moving the little light fractions of an inch to get it to match the shot above. Used a 2 stop ND to not cook everything.
Next week's practice session.
Obvious color difference using the Bowens or possibly from the ND filter. Did the Lightroom sync off the speedlight shot so it is pretty far off.
