Nikon SB700 question
Hi- I am considering getting an SB700 for some projects I want to do. I currently have the old SB600. Flashes are not my strong point, and hoping to get some clarification on this. My SB600 is only a slave but can be used off camera using the pop-up flash as the master. From what I can gather, the SB700 is not like this and can be used as a master unit. Can the SB700 be used off camera to control the SB600 as well? From what I could gather, which may be incorrect, the SB700 is not able to do this for the SB600 but could to an SB700, unless the SB700 was connected to the camera's hotshoe and then could trigger the SB600 off-camera? Any guidance and clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
