Gear simplification

I know this is a bad question to ask  many of you Gearheads on here with extreme GAS (!!!), but I'm trying to minimize my camera gear. I am on a bit of a minimalist streak and would also prefer to carry less on trips. I'm an amateur strictly, JPEGS only, and most of my photography is related to my little kids and travel. My current gear:

Fuji X100T

Fuji X-E2, 18-55mm, 35mm 1.4, 14mm

Pixel 2 phone

I love the X100T, the looks, ergonomics, size, JPEG output. Chrome/Acros/simulations, size, weight, optical viewfinder. I had the X100 before this. I cannot separate from this camera.

The Pixel 2 camera is amazing for a phone. It beats the pants off anything I've seen from a phone including iPhones. The phone itself is just the right size, great battery, fast, no bloatware. I cannot separate from this either.

Question is, do I keep the X-E2 or replace it with a newer smaller Fuji? Should I get rid of some of the lenses? I hardly ever shoot longer than 35mm (at 55mm maybe 1% of my pictures). I hardly shoot at 14mm (maybe 2% of the time) although that lens is an astounding masterpiece. I use it when I really want to nail a landscape and I don't have to rely on my Pixel or X100T. I use the 35mm frequently for the bokeh. It is an amazing lens and although slow I can capture my kids on the move with a few tries.

Sorry for the ramble, but if you've been in my shoes before, please tell me what you did and how it's working out for you?

Fujifilm FinePix X100 Fujifilm X100T Fujifilm X-E2
