I was wondering if you had an active wifi connection to the camera - i.e. tethered - while you were shooting with the trigger - The Godox wireless system uses 2.4GHz, same spectrum as 802.11b wifi, so wifi (and BlueTooth) can interfere with it.

So make sure you keep phones, laptops and other devices out of close proximity when testing/using the system.

If you bring up the flash trigger without attaching it to the camera, does it talk to the flash head ok? Does it fire test flash etc without freezing up?

Did you check the firmware version on the flash as well?

Unless anyone can come up with any other ideas, I'd return the trigger and ask for a replacement. That's the cheapest/fastest piece to swap out and see if it fixes the issue.

As the trigger itself freezes, I'm thinking it's faulty, even though it worked with the X100.

I went back to the shop where I bought the trigger, and we tried it with another, and the same thing happened So, we suspect the fault is with the T-20. I've sent the Fuji to the service center, and I'm waiting for them to get back to me.

Thanks for all the help. Hopefully they can figure out what went wrong with the fuji.
