FWIW [and I realize that not having problems does not mean no problems exist] here is my workflow for W7 with currently a USB3 card reader; some of my cards are the same as the OP's. Several cameras, including currently Fuji.

I use a software utility called Downloader Pro which is highly customizable, including the degree to which you want to automate. It works by copying, in my case to two HD's with folders for each date being created on the fly.

The files get a name consisting of a prefix depending on the camera used, folllowed by the original sequence number. For this, it makes no difference whether the file on the card has a sRGB profile/name or an aRGB one, or custom, these are ignored.

After the copying, I have two options.
For important shoots. I'll leave all photos on the card [which is stored for the moment]. I let Windows do a soft eject. At a later date, I'll delete all folders and what is in them through Explorer [basically your classic del *.* command]
For day to day shots, I let Downloader Pro delete after copying and after that do a soft eject. Everything means the DCIM folder and the folder under that (FUJI103 and so on, which contain the images) are deleted. The camera creates those folders anew when you insert the card, that takes no time.

I realize many will think this workflow heterodox to say the least. But it works.

Aiyo , just change e file name n the problem is solved.

As I said, no problems. Not with IMG or _MG not 11- or whatever. I'm quite sure that has no influence
