Panasonic Leica Lenses - mFT, do they have the "Leica Look"?

They do if you think they do

My subject line is not a flippant remark. There is always much debate about what the “Leica look” is, even among avid Leica shooters. I think the look is a combination of camera, lens, photographer, subject, lighting, and (nowadays) post processing. All that really matters in the end is if you think you’ve obtained the “Leica look” with any particular image.

I know some here are likely to disagree with my assessment of creating a “Leica look,” which only amplifies my remarks. “Leica look” is difficult to define and largely subjective.

I own the Panasonic Leica 25mm f/1.4 Summilux DG lens for m4/3. It certainly renders a bit differently (beautifully) than other m4/3 lenses, but I’ve never thought to call it a “Leica look” lens.
