I don’t see how hard it is to explain or understand the issue.
We're just trying to eliminate all variables.
As I mention before, no read errors whatsoever when using the cards with other camera brands. I post process on a MacBook Pro which has a SD card slot built into it. After I am done transferring the pictures I always right click the card icon and click eject. After the icon disappears I then proceed to remove the card. I’ve done this process for ever since I started doing Photography and shooting Raw. As I repeat over again and again, I have never encountered this problem ever until I used Fuji. This problem occurred twice, over the summer 2017 with a x100t (which I had sold 6 months ago) and now the x-t10, it’s been a good 6 months that I have not used a Fuji and only recently picked up the x-t10 and forgot about the error that may potentially affect my next Fuji purchase.
does this clear up the confusion as others have said to experience similar issues?
It doesn't matter if others have had similar issues, we care about your situation. There's nothing to say that your situation is the same...yet.
So we have this:
1) You're using the card reader on your mac (I do the same). Generally, I've not had issues with card readers and I've had several macbook pros. But it's possible.
2) It's till not clear if the specific card(s) has/have been used on other cameras or if you're generically referring to the same brand/model of card when you use "cards" above. If these same cards are operating well with other cameras, how long ago?
There are two variables that haven't been cleared up for me - 1) card reader issues, 2) cards can and do go bad.
You will have to try another memory card in that camera to eliminate 2) above. You can easily test 1) above by using another card reader somewhere.
It's also unclear to me how you're formatting the cards. It should always be done in camera. I've had issues in the past with multiple camera brands when formatting on my computer - Olympus, Canon, Nikon. (Sorry if you said that alread, I couldn't find it.)
If you haven't done the two above, you haven't eliminated all the variables. I'm not saying that it's not the camera, I'm just saying that it might be worth it to avoid an unnecessary trip to the repair center.
