I confess to piling a few early sandbags ...it really does feel scummy - like tripping someone on the way to catch a bus and I ceased and desisted from this unjust practice after my Challenge  hurt subsided. Since then, my votes are fair if sometimes a hammer.

Who among us has never walked with sand in their shoes??

... lashing out because of apainful Challenge memory??

After my reformation, my efforts to improve composition, color, subjects etc has been reward by a steady climb in average result. Have now cracked top 10, next stop is top 5.

To inject some humor here are a few sandbagger Japanese haikus:

Not again, cannot be

Battered photo journey sad

The grains hurt my toes

What could have been seen

Missing voters cry for help

All is lost - lay down
