I just now took a look at the review and saw his photo depicting severe EVF pincushion. Mine is NOTHING like that! At least, not with my eye up to the eyecup. I don't know if his photo is distorted from photographing the EVF, or what, but that does not come anywhere close to depicting how I see the image in the EVF. Wow.

Perhaps photographing the EVF shows more distortion since it can see the whole picture, whereas looking in the EVF with eyes the user only concentrate on a particular area at any one time, and the edges is out of the normal viewing peripheral.

For composition purpose, when photographing architecture, do the vertical lines look OK near the edges? I am sure the final image will come out straight, just curious on if the pincushion affect the composition much.
