EM1.1 cold weather problem

My EM1.1 has been very trusty in the cold weather here in the north.  This year however, it will not respond after 10 to 15 minutes out in the cold.  No image on the live view screen or in the EVF.   After letting it warm up inside for a bit it works fine - back to normal.  The battery has a full charge.  Is there anything I am missing?

The camera was in to Olympus repair in July last year.  A damaged flash bracket was replaced.  Soon after getting the camera back the rear dial failed.  Olympus did a redo on that at no charge.  Glad for that.

So, am wondering if I am missing something here or, send camera for repair?  Or buy em1.2.  Or move to Arizona?  Seriously, if I could understand what is happening and have a high degree of confidence that Olympus could repair it then I would be inclined to send it in.

Thanks in advance for any help,

Jay
