Minolta MD Rokkor 100mm f/2.5 on a6500
4

Here is a few shots I took at a wedding last Saturday, with the MD 100mm f/2.5 lens from 1977. I was not the official photographer but there was no objection to me lurking at the back

I like the lens. Its acceptably sharp, the bokeh is attractive (not that you can really see it here), its very small in size and its easy to use. Focus magnification is the key - peaking is not accurate enough. The IBIS on the a6500 makes a huge difference in this low light situation.

Anyway, if you are not sure about MF lenses, especially longer focal lengths, then its really not that difficult, especially with the a6500. But I have had good success with the Rokinon 135mm on my old NEX-6 as well.
