Is upgrading from the D5200 to the D5300 or D5500 worth it?

Right, so pretty much the title. I have a Nikon D5200, for about three years now, along with an 18-200mm VR lens and a 35mm f1.8 lens. While I'm happy with my camera, I can't help wondering whether I'd be better off with an upgrade.

I hear the d5300 has a slightly sharper sensor, a new processor, and has GPS and WiFi. I could probably use the GPS as I travel quite a lot, and the WiFi too probably. However, there is also the d5500 which has a better grip and is lighter, in addition to all the d5300s improvements compared to my d5200. Although the this is only my take on the specs, and I'm writing here for your opinions.

Also, I'd probably sell my 18-200mm along with my d5200 if I upgrade since its not exactly sharp most of the time, please tell me if this is a mistake.

Thanks for all of your time,

Simon
