Thin plate to which to fasten Peak Design anchors

I previously connected the neck strap to the E-M1 MkII (+ PBH) on which is mounted the 300mm/f4, and held the weight by gripping the lens tripod foot.  I don't want to do that any longer so have threaded two Peak Design anchors through a hole on the tripod plate.  The problem is I can't mount the camera on the tripod head as the black cords are in the way.

Can anyone recommend a thin plate that can be placed between the lens tripod foot and the tripod plate?

Thanks in advance, oh, and I'm really happy with the tripod and head and although I shoot mostly handheld I do use the tripod for low light and long stakeouts.
