DSLR for Landscape

I got out of photography and sold off all my gear years ago. My interest at the time was landscape photography. This was back in the film days and I used a 4x5 view camera primarily. Did the whole Zone System thing.

I'd like to get back into landscape photography with a full-frame DSLR. I don't have any current system, so I don't have any existing investment in lenses to protect. I've narrowed my short list down to three: Canon 5D Mark IV, 5DS R, and the Nikon D850. I'd love a medium format digital camera, but those are out of my price range.

Anyone have an opinion on which of these would make the best landscape camera? The 5DS R has the highest resolution, but are there other things to consider beyond just megapixels?
