Creating Win 10 FCU USB from Linux

My only Windows PC has a failed motherboard which will be replaced with something having a different chipset, storage controller, NIC, etc... Because of this, I need to create a Win 10 FCU installer USB drive from one of my other systems which are not Windows. I'm assuming UNetbootin under Linux should work fine to create the FCU installer. I just thought I'd double check to see if anyone has any personal experience or seen anything that confirms.

Side Note:
I have a couple of functioning Macs in the house and have read that the Bootcamp Assistant will create a Win 10 USB installer from a downloaded .iso. I'm hoping to avoid this, however, as I'm assuming the Apple route would slipstream unneeded Mac drivers into my Windows installation.
