As an amateur photographer in the mountains, I wouldn't take any of them. Basic requirements are on space/weight/picture quality/battery life - the rest is either a technology-fest or much less important.

A compact such as a Sony RX100 or similar would be brilliant. I took a Sony HX90V on a high altitude (up to 6000m) trek in Nepal for four weeks and am amazed at the picture quality from the 24-720mm equiv. lens. You can put a compact in a tiny case and attach it to your backpack.

As a side note - I back photos up to my phone which has a micro-SD card installed. Pictures from the phone (Samsung S7) are pretty good too   Charging camera and phone via USB from a power-bank is handy.
