CVS bans photo manipulation

CVS bans photo manipulation for store beauty brands, will place alert label on others. Of course portrait photographers never do that, right? Some of the photos I see make me sick since no person can have such perfect facial features. Digital manipulation create a very false image of what is pleasing for us to attain. But, it seems to me that digital altercation of facial features is the least concerning here so we accept it as OK. I always wanted those who post portraits to post the before and after photo in order to see how much distortion was made.  I remember a posted portrait of an 80 year old lady who was made to look like a teenager.  Bless her if she really look like that, not.
