XF50-140 video IS

I thought I saw a thread about this but can't find it. Has anyone used the XF50-140 for video? If so, can you comment on the performance of IS when using it for that purpose?

I recently rented one but completely neglected to shoot any video. Then I noticed a little shakiness in a couple of videos I found online shot with that lens. The image seemed to jump every once in a while. I was wondering if it was the videographer's technique or inherent to the lens' OIS design.

Here's an example video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ucyzFES8ghU

The effect is particularly noticeable at the very beginning of the video and any time he moves the lens to reframe the shot.
