How to even out/remove bokeh objects from background

Hello

I have both lightroom and photoshop and im trying to find a guide how to remove objects that stick out in the bokeh shots like tree branches etc.

I would like to have the background even colored without any visible objects, but still maintain the original bokeh look and not making it too artificial. Cloning it to exact one dimensional color seems very boring, I would like to keep the vivid colors in the background.

Here is an example where the bokeh is fine overall but tree branches show in the upper part.
