Thanks, Ed. I've seen enough - the Sony iv has an AF system capable to shoot BIF more or less consistently - in this respect very similar to the N1. Eventually I hope to read reports with more details. It would require an overwhelming BIF performance to let me give up the V2 + CX 70-300. I am pretty happy with the V2. On extended walks I have two other bodies in the backpack, to avoid swapping lenses.

Would it be practical to have everything in one body? Perhaps. In any case I love to see new life in the superzoom cameras market.
